Yes, Fancy Edible Glitter is safe to consume in both food and drink, but we recommend using Fancy Edible Glitter Packets in beverages.

What is the serving size for Edible Glitter or Edible Shimmer?

Each 4g jar yields 30 5oz drinks. Each 25g bulk jar yields 208 5oz drinks. We recommend 1-2 scoops using our micro-dosing spoons or 1/8 teaspoon for the perfect serving size every time.

Does Fancy Edible Glitter work better in still or sparkling beverages?

For best results, we recommend adding Fancy Edible Glitter into a sparkling beverage. Edible Glitter will work in still beverages, but it will settle to the bottom quickly.

How do I keep the Fancy Edible Glitter from sinking to the bottom of my beverage?

Edible Glitter will stay suspended for longer in a sparkling beverage, however it will naturally sink to the bottom after a while. A quick swirl of your glass will bring it back to life.

We recommend adding the edible glitter into the glass before pouring your beverage.

Will Fancy Edible Glitter stain my lips, mouth or teeth?

No it will not cause discoloration, just a sparkly shine.

We do not recommend mixing different colors of Fancy Edible Glitter in order to avoid muddy and unpredictable shades.

What color of Edible Glitter should I use in my beverage?

For optimal results, we recommend using champagne, sparkling soda, or transparent beverages to ensure the most prominent hue. If you want to maintain the original color of your drink, it's best to use colored glitter that matches your drink's color.
