Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available to all customers in the continental USA for orders over $65. Orders with bulk bags are excluded from the free shipping promotion.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and Paypal payments.

Can I use more than one promo code?

Only one promo code can be used per order. If you are having any issues with a promo code, please reach out to our team at [email protected].

Are there any exclusions on promo codes?

Bulk bags, gift cards, and subscriptions are not eligible for discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.

Why are bulk bags excluded from promotions?

Bulk bags are already discounted, so rest assured knowing you are always saving when you purchase a bulk bag!
