My Decorating Melts seized up because I overheated it! Can I fix this?Updated 2 years ago

Yes, if your Decorating Melts have seized up, meaning they hardened and aren’t soft/smooth, pour the chips into a bowl, add a tsp or tbsp of hot water to the candy, and stir. This will cause the sugar to melt again and hopefully regain its fluidity. You can also try adding a tsp of vegetable oil and stirring.
